"Rather disappointing visit to the local McDonalds this week. Here are a few things I observed. I used the kiosk inside to order. The screens displayed to make my order were fine, but at the end of the process it collected my payment and returned to the home screen. There was nothing that showed my order number, and no option to print or receive a text of the receipt. And the kiosk orders don’t seem to be visible to the counter person, although there was only one and she was stretched very thin. It seemed short-staffed or perhaps very disorganized. The focus seemed to be on the drive-thru lanes at the expense of those dining inside. As a result, it took more than 20 minutes to get my simple order, including the drink. That might be okay for a sit-down restaurant, but I consider that very slow for a fast-food place, especially one that pioneered the concept of fast food. The food itself was ok except that the fries were undercooked. Overall, there is plenty of room for improvement - hopefully that will happen."

"DONT Order curbside thru app!! Ordered through the app and went to pickup order. After 25-30 minute wait food arrived and label on bag was our order. Got home to find out the food in the bag was wrong and food cold. The order happened to overlap ours except for some nuggets and fries so I called to ask for a refund on the missing items because I didn’t want to go back. Instead of any compromise I was very rudely told to bring all the food back or they wouldn’t do anything. I wish I had the employees name but I didn’t get it. Anyway I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears but at least I feel better."

"Dont bother ordering a large fry. You'll still get a medium, just in a larger box. Also, make sure if you order a kid's meal that you check that more than 2 fries made it into the container. Is there a shortage?!! I guess the days are gone when they would over stuff and put a few extra in the bag for good measure."
