"We had ac problems after hours and put a call on to Poe Air. It went to a recorded message, but before we could get referrals from friends and family for another company he called back and was at our home in less than 30 mins. He singled out the problem, and listened to our concerns about a high electric bill did a system check and informed us of a possibility of the cause; too much freon. He said it causes the AC to use more electricity and recommended "bleeding" some off. We agreed to call and set another appointment and before we could the next day, he called us, was able to come right away. He took his time measuring for cool air loss too. He fixed the problem and did not charge extra! We were really happy with his professionalism. Even asking about a new system did not cause him to go into hypersalesman. We will recommend this company and continue to support thm ourselves."
