"Bacon cheeseburger was really good.. homemade ffries were really good too... but $21+tip?? Not worth it... $13.50 at the most with tip.. if you charge less, you'll get more customers... you don't have to charge a "killin'" to make a "killin'"... Nolan Ryan would agree.."

"Went there today for a nice and pleasant meal. The meal was nice, hence the reason I am giving it two stars, but it was less than pleasant. When I walked in and ordered my food, the lady who was taking my order, who I assume was the owner since I saw her picture on the wall, seemed nice and pleasant. She told me my food would take 15 minutes, which I thought was a little long but not too bad. I waited for about 10-12 minutes and my food came out. My food was really good as mentioned above. However, the experience turned unpleasant when I decided to go to the restroom. When I decided to go to the restroom, I still had some fries and a drink that I was still enjoying. I took about two to three minutes in the restroom, during that time someone was pulling on the door on the outside and knocking. I politely told the stranger that it was occupied. It seemed the stranger stopped, I thought the situation was a little rude but nevertheless I brushed it away. When exiting the bathroom, I returned to discover my food and drink completely gone and my table wiped clean! At this very moment, a black gentleman walked by me and saw me standing there and asked me if I was there for a pick up. I respectfully told him no. I was so pissed off that I decided to leave the establishment for my car. After waiting 10 minutes and suspecting that the black employee was the one who threw away my food since he was the only one in the restaurant at the time who was working. I finally went in to talk to the black employee. I told him my situation about my food being thrown away 10 minutes prior. He first acted shocked and confused when I told him. However his reaction soon turned to annoying and rude behavior. After spending almost $19 here, I at least wanted my drink to be replaced. The black employee annoyingly handed me my cup so I could get a new drink which added to my suspension, that he was the one who knocked and pulled on my door and then threw away my food in retaliation for me being in the restroom when he wanted to go. My suspicions were further confirmed when sitting down and waiting for a manager/ owner to speak with, I observed the black employee pull and knock on the very same bathroom door and then enter it. I continued to wait for another 5 minutes for the lady who I assumed was the owner to speak with, she never showed back up. Frustrated and disappointed, I left the establishment. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I unfortunately will never be returning to this location ever again and I suggest anyone who reads this does the same."

"My family and I are regulars at Chapps and particularly this Chapps resturant location. The service is always friendly and we are met with a smile and a wave when we walk in the door. The cook is absolutely the best around! No matter what we decide to choose from the menu it is always fresh and hot when we get it. The flavors are indescribablely delicious! The restaurant is clean and taken care of. When we want a great meal and a burger this is the first place we think of. We are always pleased and when we leave we are greeted once again with "thank y'all for coming, see you next time!" I highly recommend Chapps!"

"Overall I don’t think this place lived up to the expectations. The service wasn’t great, and the food wasn’t worth the price tag in my opinion. If you live to try new burgers I would say go for it, because the burgers weren’t bad. The picture I took was the entire order of onion rings, which wasn’t worth what we paid. They don’t serve Coke products. I don’t plan on returning. This was $30 worth of food."

"Juicy burgers! All the burgers were well made with quality ingredients. The jalapeños added a nice touch with the burgers. The mushroom cheeseburger was probably the best. The Baby Chapp burger is the best value because it includes fries and a more manageable sized 1/4 lb burger. I’ll knock the burgers for being a little too well done. In addition, some of the fries were slightly over cooked. FYI. Most burgers are 1/2 lb. Sides are extra."
