"There is a special going on... a large two-topping for $6.99. I placed an order for two pizzas and used the special coupon. One pizza rang up $7.99 (hand-tossed, regular sauce, pepperoni, jalapeno) and another rang up $8.99 (thin, garlic parm sauce, chicken, bacon). I was told by the manager that it was because garlic sauce instead of tomato sauce counted as an additional topping. And that because the chicken is called "premium chicken" it is an upcharge. I'm not sure why the hand-tossed pizza rang up $1 more, either. The manager said it was because of the tomato sauce. WHAT? Pizza can't have sauce? I cancelled my order...the pizzas were sitting right there on the counter, so they preferred to trash them rather than honor the special price. I won't be back to Domino's anymore. I've never had these kind of upcharges on any specials that we have ordered before. There are plenty of pizza places around and close to my house. Sorry Domino's. You lost a customer."
"It seemed the right time to order a pizza. As usual, it was very busy, but I was able to get my order in smoothly. The pizza was very good and service re excellent. A reminder, It's just standing room only."
"Started out fine. Place order online for cash delivery around noon, with note to bring change for $100 bill. I just had surgery on my knee so I can’t drive to make change, and wife is at work and has my credit card with her. So I make a note of the change need, no problems. Manager Kelly calls to tell me she won’t have a driver til 1pm. No big I say, willing to wait the extra hour plus. She puts it in for 1:30, still fine. Through tracker, we find out it’s been made and has been quality checked for some 20 minutes before we get a call at 1:41. I’m asked if I can break the bills to smaller, or pay with a card. I explain that I don’t have a card to use, hence my using cash, and that I’m unable to leave to break it further, hence the note asking for change in the initial order. He speaks to his manager who sticks to their policy of needing smaller than $100 or a pay by card. I really just don’t see how, with the order being seen more than once by the manager, this was so easily over-looked? The food had already been made. How entirely unnecessary."
"I don’t know why I gave another chance. Like why is my lettuce brown ? And why does my tomato have mold on it and my onions smell like they’re rotten !?"
"I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst pizza experience we have ever had. The Dominos tracker said they were quality checking the pizza for 15 minutes? What a joke! The crust on the thin pizza was burned as were the banana peppers. The Brooklyn style looked as if they stretched a small pizza to make it bigger? And failed miserably. It was over cooked, as well. This leads me to believe we did not get the correct Brooklyn style pizza. The pizzas were NOT WARM AT ALL upon arrival. I guess I should have preheated my oven when I placed the order in preparation? Such a disappointing experience for everyone. A grocery store pizza from the frozen section would have been a better choice in retrospect. These pizzas literally left a bad taste in our mouths. Do not waste your money here. This establishment obviously doesn’t care about the quality of food they serve. Follow up: I emailed customer care as instructed to after my review, but still have not received a response. What kind of service is that? This further shows that there is no interest in making this experience right. Merely an act to save face. As I previously stated, don’t waste your time or money here."
