"customer Service is trash. I wanted to add a medium coffee at the 2nd windows because I forgot to add it to my order originall. Irma who was giving out the food on 01/07/2024 between 10:30am and 10:45am told me she couldn’t add it that I would have to come inside because she has a line. I asked why she couldn’t add it and her response was she didn’t have a register. I expressed to her that I couldn’t go inside because I had small children in the car and she just looked at me. I asked to speak with a manager and she brought over Rosa who told me there wasn’t anything she can do for me! That is and absolutely horrible response to give to a customer. I asked for their names and Rosa gave me hers but Idk if that’s really her name and when I asked for the woman’s name who was handing out the food she looked at her hesitating and the woman told her in Spanish “give her my name” and that’s when she told me her name was Irma. Again idk if that is their name or not but they were there between 10:30-10:50 which is how long the whole ordeal happened. Irma was at the 2nd window giving out the food and preparing drinks and Rosa was behind her put the food in the bags as the food came out. Neither one had a badge on that identified their name and role. Very distasteful. At the end I asked how much was a small coffee and I had to pay in change. which was weird because why didn’t they give me that option to begin with? the whole thing was silly and distasteful, the customer service McDonald’s should be giving to customers was absolutely not there. Manager did absolutely nothing. Apparently the locations service isn’t good at all!"

"I have had a few issues but 100% of the time the manager jumps in and makes it right. I have to keep reminding myself that one they are kids and even if they are not we all may make a mistake. But u would be surprised if you asked kindly to the manager they will respond kindly."

"Horrible manners of the manager he really NEEDS SOME TRAINING!!! We order food IN THE DRIVE THRU they give us INCOMPLETE OUR ORDER WE COMEBACK AND WHEN THE MANAGER CAME OUT TO THE WINDOW WAS VERY RUDE, talking very LOUD and inappropriate THE OWNERS OF THIS STORE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING WITH THAT MAN HE IS A CURLY HAIR AND SAID HE IS THE MANAGER!! Also the OWNERS NEEDS TO KNOW WHY THIS PERSON HAS THE CÁMARAS OUTSIDE THE DRIVE THRU IN OTHER DIRECTION WHERE THE OWNERS CAN’t see what they are doing wrong!! PLEASE CHECK THIS PERSON DECEMBER 15 6:15pm"

"I came through the drive thru, the person at the back window didn’t completely take my order(when I repeated to him 2x) Got to the second window they forgot two things from my order and tried to make me go back around to order them when it was 6 cars behind me. Customer services sucks. They only take request from their own kind. Gladly got my refund back, would never go back. DO BETTER !"

"The place is very clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff is friendly and process orders very fast with minimal wait timings. The food is very economical and affordable maintaining its quality. Recently they did hikes $1 on most of meals and combos."
