"The donuts were surprisingly more delicious than I thought. I wouldn't go back to back but if you put in a week before every visit, it's like the very first time. Just get 2 glazed, you won't regret it."
"Stopped in to grab some breakfast and ended up getting a full refund over $0.30 versus the employee Gabby or the manager Maria just simply giving me the $0.30 difference. Horrible customer service experience. Not to mention, prices at this location seem to be higher than other locations. I purchased a small cholate milk (on the menu board displays as $2.59, but rung up for $2.89), Kolache w/Cheese $3.85, 2 Plain glaze donuts $1.42 each and 1 specialty donut @ $2.61= Total was $12.43 with tax. When I address the menu board not matching what was rung up, Gabby told me they had not updated their menu board, she could not give me the $0.30 difference, but could give me a fully refund. The manager Maria came up front as well and they both gave the impression that they understood, but shifted blame to the owner as the reason why they could not make me whole. It's about principle for me and the overall customer service experience. This is not how you treat customers. So, you are willing to refund $12.43 in sales versus give a customer back $0.30 that was overcharged and waste food? Unless you are going to resale those items? This does not make sense for the life of me. Thank you for the experience, it saved me $12.43 and caused me to eat a free healthier option that was available. -Greg S"
"I would give this place a zero star if I could! Worst customer service ever! Did not check the price because I thought Shipley franchise price is very consistent but the price in this one is insane! $3.75 for one small fountain drink, $1.35 for a plain glazed. I just felt like I was robbed!"
