"It feels like I'm rolling a set of rounded dice every time I visit. Sometimes, they get my orders right and the service is great. But other times, they get my order wrong or are rather slow to the uptake. Most recently, I took advantage of a free chicken sandwich offer from the mobile app and ordered it with a unbuttered bun. When I got home with it, it didn't have ANY bun... it felt like some kind of sick prank. Thankfully they had it remade with a bun after I came back. But that's a full hour I had to spend with a empty stomach when it could have been sated earlier without this issue."

"What is the point of a mobile thru app if you have to pull past the drive-thru just to park? 90 percent of the time I utilize all available options without fail I will wait. If you like waiting in lines this is the place. I have enough time to write the review while I wait for someone to walk out my meal. Great job with customer service."
