"I was flying home to CC after taking care of my grandkids for 5 days. My granddaughter came down with strep and flu. I started feeling bad, so I was not my best. I usually never miss anything. The Starbucks clerk add a tip to my order. She took the credit card machine from me and said something was wrong. Before I knew she had added a tip. I was not feeling good enough to fight the tip. But rest assured that I will never but coffee from Starbucks. Very sad!"

"Not sure why there is so much hate for this location. Obviously service level at the airport cafes is always a bit lower than anywhere else due to volume and time pressure. However, this location is decent Starbucks. Good furniture. Coffee was ok. I love to come here when flying from Terminal A Order mobile if you’re smart - will save you so much time. For some reason majority of people don’t do that and line up. This costs them easily 10min it’s more…"

"Decent Starbucks. Staff was….interesting. We didn’t have a line and I asked for 1 minute to decide on what I wanted to order and you would have thought I asked for the world… Facial expression and body language were inappropriate and there was no line behind me. Besides that interaction, we received our drinks quickly and left. The inside was dirty and made us leave to just sit at our gate. Recommend going if you want in an and out Starbucks just for the drinks and not the experience."
