"Enchilada Ole’ is legit Mexican food. The brisket nachos are out of this world! But let me share this. When I grew up, I was raised by my grandparents. My grandmother made my favorite Mexican rice. This, little Mexican grandma of mine, knew how to cook. My wife was the first to try the rice at Enchilada Ole. Her eyes got wide and she told me “you have to try the rice!” I took one bite and I was immediately taken back in time to my grandmothers kitchen. Tears started to form. Visions of being that little boy sitting there, with fork in hand, eating a bowl of her rice. Even writing this is bitter sweet. She left this earth years ago. I miss her. At least part of her is here at Enchilado Ole. Great food, great people, great everything. We love it!! ❤️"
"We stopped in for a pre Valentines Day dinner. We were greeted warmly and shown to our table. Warm chips and salsa arrived immediately. I ordered the Valentines Day special drink, a strawberry and orange juice vodka glass of deliciousness. We ordered the Texacan plate, with salad instead of rice and beans, and the Holy Mole plate, again with salad. The Texacan had 2 brisket and cheese enchiladas covered in a mild Chipotle sauce. I loved it. The holy mole came with 2 chicken enchiladas covered with the best mole I've had. The service was great. Thank you, Leslie. We'll be back soon to enjoy more delicious enchiladas!"
"Atmosphere was nice aesthetically, but very drafty. Service was mediocre, and the meal wasn’t worth $40 so I’d recommend saving your money going to Rosa’s. Ground beef enchilada and burrito with rice and charro beans. Meat was extremely greasy and had a strong undesirable taste. Salsa was fresh and delicious not too hot. Chips were fresh. Parking is excellent as is location. Rice was ok but charro beans were bland."
"Great chips and salsa, excellent rice and beans with lots of enchilada options. 5 star food, but overall 4 stars for prices, as they seem to rise and the enchiladas get smaller. Also, $2 for extra chip bowls which isn’t issue for most, but might affect larger parties."
"Their brisket enchiladas are amazing. If you go, you have to get these! He got the chicken enchiladasand said they were good too. The food was delicious. The first bowl of chips and salsa was free, but it's an additional $2 for another bowl. I have had better salsa, but this was ok. The pricing is higher than what I was expecting. My plate was over $17. Although the food was really good, we probably won't go again. For the 2 of us, we spent over $50, including sweet tea."
