"Walking in the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. The service was good and the food was good. We ordered the Crab Rangoon which came with a sweet Dipping Sauce. They were Crispy with a Creamy Filling of Cream Cheese and Crab! Very Delicious! We ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box which was on a bed of Shredded Cabbage and a Tempura Shrimp Bento box which had 3 Shrimp, 1 Sweet Potato, 1 Zucchini, 1 Onion Ring Bento Box included 6 pieces of California Roll, White Rice, Egg Roll which was Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and Choice of Soup or Salad. All the food was really good and presented really nicely. The menu is rather large and offers a lot of choices. Nice Family Friendly Restaurant!"

"This small restaurant has lots of flavors with great staff. Everyone that went was happy with their food from the fried rice to the hibachi and especially the sushi. Our waiter was friendly and attentive making sure we had everything we needed. They do not have hibachis that cook in front of you but overall it has a relaxed and quite atmosphere. We brought a local who was a fan of another local Japanese steak house and has been converted to the Blue Ginger! I would fully recommend try this restaurant out if you are in the mood for sushi or hibachi!"
