"Thickest, coldest ice cream shakes around. Best thing on the menu. Unexpected because, well, it's Jack N the Crizzack. But they have a shake that is truly unrivaled.. Grab a shake from your usual favorite spot, take it with you to this location. Compare them. You'll be a convert. Grab some O rings. Nicely breaded with panko. They pair with the chocolate shake like you would not believe. Even at 2 a.m. the service is great, the shake machine up and running. Better than Braums, DQ, CFA,and Kinkaids. Git Sum!"

"this has to be one of the worst run fast food stores in the area. never gets my order right. and the employees are downright nasty; two older women at night (about 9pm) put on gloves and immediately begin touching their faces and mouths (rubbing their lips with said gloves on and then immediately making food afterwards) and the cashier has this attitude like they can't stand being employed. I've come here for six plus months and rarely am I met with even remote satisfaction. looks like I have to drive an extra 4 miles for a HALF half decent meal. don't come here, they'll take your money, read your order to you, and still manage to not deliver with any grace or quality basic standards that are required of food establishments. I never write reviews but will now with how badly this place is ran so consistently into the ground. I'd also like to just add that I paid $13 for them to "forget" to add an entire patty to my #7 meal. I wouldn't be so upset if this was a once, twice, even thrice occasion, but this has got to be the 30th time in 6 months. I'm very forgiving, I've worked in many food service locations before, I understand mistakes happen and I can excuse it to a certain degree. but after having my meal so blatantly robbed from me for the nth time, I found it necessary to come here and talk about what a horrendous experience it was spending my time and money here. I reiterate, please don't spend your hard earned money here until there are some serious employment changes."
