"Never got my pizza, ordered at 5:24 , called at 630 they said it was about to be delivered but they would check and call me back. No return call no pizza. Called to cancel order at 7:05. Said they will refund money no apologies or excuses offered. Never again, and I ordered from them ALOT!"

"Although I typically refrain from leaving reviews, I am compelled to share my recent experience. I ordered a pepperoni pizza alongside chicken Alfredo and cheese sticks. Unfortunately, the cheese sticks arrived stale and the bread was not fresh, while the entire batch appeared overcooked. Moreover, the chicken Alfredo lacked flavor, displaying an unusual consistency with a bitter taste. I would not recommend this place based on my disappointing encounter."

"Placed an online order to pick up on my way home from work. Walked into a quiet store with seemingly only one employee working, but he was friendly and had everything ready. Best looking pizzas we've ever gotten from pizza hut and great customer service. The gentleman working deserves acknowledgment as most places the quality would drop when short handed but it was above and beyond my expectations. I wish I would have gotten his name, but hopefully he gets the credit he deserves."

"Ordered the big New Yorker and cheese sticks. Pizza was sub par and warm at best. The slices had holes and fell apart. The “cheese sticks” are supposed to be “like” a cheese pizza without the sauce… they were sprinkled with cheese and could see bread through the cheese. I called and asked about it, said they could remake it. So I got the remake and it was the same thing so I sent both boxes of cheese sticks back with the driver. Called back and said they don’t do that anymore… then said they could give me a credit for next time I ordered. Will not reorder from this location ever again."
