"When you walk in the only person working the front counter at 5:30 pm directs you to the kiosk to order. The person at the counter seemed to have difficulty speaking and understanding English. The shake machine was broken,as usual. Orders are not delivered to the tables as the table numbers indicate. The only person working the front counter calls out your number."

"I clearly stated I wanted a plain Fillet o Fish and got every topping you could think of on my sandwich. 0/10 will NOT be returning anytime soon. Waste of 4$."

"Mobile order code was HT81. Gave it to the speaker box. Nice person asked if we needed a receipt, we didn’t, they said go to the second window. Person there didn’t find our order, looked at our code, our name, our order, they said it didn’t exist. Manager came to the window, demanded we show him my wife’s phone. We did. He failed to find it again, couldn’t, then seemed to want me to hand him the phone. He said there was no order, then wanted to see our bank account… seems like he thought we were lying or trying to scam him. The manager was incredibly disrespectful and yelling at us to see the phone. I told him “this isn’t going well”, then he started yelling, “NO!” and “YOU SHOW ME”. Finally I we drove away before he was able to grab our phones."

"I don’t eat here but maybe once every several years. Today was that day! Everything was delicious and other than having to open the bathroom (I have OCD) door with my foot everything was great! Friendly and fairly clean!"

"This is a great place. I probably don't hear two three times a week. It's a great place to meet friends. Watch the game the Mexican catfish is my favorite dish there. The bartenders are great. Fabulous drinks"
