The manager has kids hanging out every time I’ve been here. I’ve seen people come in and just go to the kitchen who clearly aren’t working. The employees have no sense of urgency and look like they’d rather be anywhere but work. Definitely done with this location. They can’t even get a simple pepperoni pizza correct…"
"First time doing portal pickup from this location and it’ll definitely be my last. ordered a stuffed crust with regular sauce, half cheese and half pep. It did in fact NOT come with any sauce on it and was also not cooked completely. As a service industry worker myself I find this just complete laziness and whatever manager is on shift should definitely be questioned on their idea of quality food or service. They weren’t busy, with one person waiting, so there should be no reason for such a SIMPLE pizza to be completely doughy and un edible. complete waste of money."
