"I really did like the play place to dining room conversion. Looks great for real. The bathrooms very clean. Employees staying busy cleaning kitchen stainless. Radio and lighting really good. The coffee great as usual! You only get here going east on fm 1960."

"12/13/2023 6pm Dear floor manager, when I came to you to tell you about the missing cheeses from my order on last Saturday, you said that you were not here so you did not know who did the mistake and asked me why I did not come back that day??? Dear Ms. Floor Manager, I order food at this store more than 1 year after swimming classes at Houston swimming club near by. My house is 15 min away, and you said I must drive back for the 2 slices of cheeses? Then you offered me paying $0.40 and you would give me 2 slices of cheese instead of $0.80? No thanks Mam!"

"Came by for lunch food was not made right the first time but a young lady named Emaral was really nice and was able to sort me out. Service not too bad and food was made right Thanks to her!"

"About a month or two ago, I ordered through the app at 8:50 PM (store was supposed to close at 9:30 PM). Came to pick up my order but the store was closed. Saw two employees (mostly likely the managers) seated and tried getting their attention but they just ignored me. After several minutes, another employee saw me and came to the door. Told about my mobile order and even pointed to their screen showing it in progress and she said that they're closed and that order should clear out in a couple of hours since it was not picked out. Next day, transaction showed pending on my account but trusted the employee and just waited it out. Two days later, I was charged for the whole order. Called my bank and noted them of that issue and called the mcdonald's 1-800 number and told them of that issue. My bank gave me my money back and never got a followup from mcdonalds. Last night after a long night of kid's events, wife ordered through the app and picked up at 8:08 PM at this same location. When she got home, she was missing a big part of her order (20 pc nuggets and dipping sauces). Tried to call them but they were already closed. She filed a complaint through the app. Hopefully it's just inefficiency but we are never ordering from this location and always check your order before leaving."
