"Left the ninja trampoline Park and went at this Dairy Queen to eat a late dinner. Arrived at 9:50 PM. Ordered 6 meals, and blizzards to eat in dining room. The customer service at this location during this late night was excellent which was a surprise because it's 2 hours before they closed. We were the only ones there. Ordered our meals and they brought us our food. It was very hot and fresh. Ate then 15 minutes later Kema brought our blizzards to the table. She made the customer service experience great. Customer satisfaction and food was hot and tasty. When back in the area we will return."

"This is the Rufe Snow in NRH location. Not sure what’s going on but my last two blizzard ice cream’s Ive ordered were considerably smaller than usual. The one pictured that I had today is visibly below the cup line, so was my last blizzard from a different visit. For years & years they have always made the blizzards above the cup line which is why I order the small one. Hopefully, this isn’t a new process."

"I ordered my food. They got the food right. I also ordered a moolatte, they put so much chocolate in there that I couldn't enjoy it. All I got every time I took a drink was chocolate syrup. It was horrible. The pic looked so good. I know those are fake, but still. So I threw it away. I just couldn't drink it."
