"After having a horrible experience at the Watauga location a week ago, this location made everything right. The service was great all the way around. One of the young men, and I am disappointed I didn't get his name, he asked me how well did I want my chicken cooked. When I got my order he said to me "I did really good for you". It was obvious that he took pride in what he does and he made sure to let me know. Everything turned out perfect! He really did do good for me. I appreciate him and all of the staff there tonight. Thank you!"
"This review is overdue, but I wanted to give 5-stars to Roxanna for taking care of us. We did a delivery order and it did not go well. I reached out with my concerns, and the very next day which was Christmas Eve, Roxanna called and resolved our issue. I am very pleased and satisfied with the above and beyond service I received. "Upon entering the employee the female was sitting down at the register and didn't even acknowledge me. I had to say hello maam can you assist me. When she saw me coming into this location and should have greeted me! Not me acknowledge her. The food that I ordered from your Hurst Wing stop location was horrible and disgusting! I ordered this as a pickup. After arriving within the time stated that the food was ready,I was told by one of the employees here that food was not done yet. So I waited another 10 more minutes.Upon receiving the order, the food was cold! I was highly upset about this as how does this happen for food to be cold! When I had to wait for the items to be ready. The chicken sandwiches were cold and the fries were even colder as if they had been sitting out waiting to be reused for an order. I am highly disappointed and surprised this is the type of food and service you choose to provide to your consumers. Also I am highly disappointed that the Maple Sriracha flavor is no longer available! Fix this immediately and make this experience right! The food was a total waste of money! I was scared to mention it to them to correct b/c I did not want them to mess negatively with my food."
"I ordered the boneless deal meal online. I get to the store just to be told they are out of boneless chicken because the manager ROXANNE did not order them. I asked for my money back and they said it would be 3 days. S they said the manager refused to come in and had a stack of about 40 to 50 receipts sitting waiting to be refunded. I asked the person to call the manager and I would speak with her and the cashier replied she is not answering her phone now. They called and she didn’t answer. How unprofessional that when things hit the fan you leave your employees to deal with the aftermath of a mistake. You are the manager! You’re supposed to take the lead. I feel awful for the employees m."
"Just came from the dentist, they had a Wingstop next door, went in to get some wings but they told me it would be a 20-minute wait, I didn't want to wait so I drove on back to my side of town. Went into my Wingstop, ordered a large combo with fries and a drink and asked how long would it be cashier said 10 minutes, 20 minutes later I asked the guy at the register the guy counting the money, could be the manager, how much longer before my order is done, 2 minutes he says. My order comes out and it is refried fries and 9 drums and one flat. I tried to eat these jacked up wings, they ain't normal sized but the flat part of the wings taste better. Crazy thing is that I was the only person in there, they must have made all the online orders before mine. Anyway when I went to get a container to go for all these drumsticks I didn't eat, I ask the cashier why my order had 9 drumsticks and one flat, she says I don't know you'll have to ask the people who made it so I motion to the guy to come over, ask him the same question and his answer is the same, he didn't make it, ask the guy who make it but he also said that they normally will cook 5 and 5, he doesn't know how or why that happened, offered to give me a discount on a future visit. It seems that these folks pick and choose who get good food and good service. It is time to go back to cooking chicken myself or stop eating it all together. This place and it's workers have zero accountability, it takes very little effort to get an order right especially if no one else is in the restaurant."
