"The fish I paid for was under cooked. Had white stuff oozing out like wth. I paid for an extra piece of fish and I was given chicken. Called back and the phone says hello goodbye and hangs up. Smh Horrible experience. Will never go back For 20 dollar meal to be undercooked and no way to contact them. Unacceptable. Management needs to contact me asap."

"It’s hard to believe this grilled salmon meal is from Long John Silvers. We all know it as a fried fish place with their famous coleslaw & hush puppies. Their fried fish is too greasy for me personally, which is why I rarely come here. But this grilled salmon on a bed of rice is a game changer and I will now probably come at least once a week. They also now serve the original and chocolate cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory. It’s half the size and half the price as the actual restaurant with the namesake, which is perfect for me."

"Always a good place to have some fish and chips, memories of my childhood, and great to know that the recipe has not changed. Coleslaw is one of the best out there in the fast food chain market, and the hush puppies are really good as well. I don’t like seafood or even fish, yet, this cod from Long John Silver’s I can eat along with its tartar sauce, really good. I had the fish, fries, coke slaw and hush puppies platter, along with a drink. Another plate we had was one piece of codfish, three shrimp with coleslaw. Everything was really good."

"I wish the company would invest in the building. It looks like everything in here was here since it's inception. The smoke detector is hanging by a thread and when you look around, a renovation is needed. I would come back only because the service was very genuine and friendly. I'm sure these concerns have been raised before by the employees. I believe they are doing the best they can do. My one thing I would like changed is the fish and chicken was very salty. The hush puppies were actually perfect. The fries were regular. The sauces were good. Don't have too much tarter sauce because of the HFCS ingredient."

"We were greeted and welcomed upon arrival and ordered our food. The food was hot, fresh, and didn’t have to wait too long. LJS is my favorite fast food for fish and shrimp. Love their coleslaw and hush puppies too. The restaurant was clean, neat and in order, but it sure could use an update in here. Looks the same as it did in 1982. The ceiling tiles need a make over as well."
