Subway

"I ordered the spicy Italian toasted with American cheese. The funny thing is the first 2 parts of my sandwich didn't even exist. It wasn't toasted nor did they put my cheese on my sandwich. Called the place about 10 times and the phone just rung. I'm not sure what makes me more upset the order being messed up or them not answering the phone What's the point of offering delivery service if your gonna screw things up??? DO NOT ORDER HERE IF YOU CANT GO INTO THE STORE JUST GET DELIVERY ELSEWHERE"

"Worst Customer Service ever. I just moved here from KC and this is the nearest Subway. When I walked in a young black girl came from the back, on her cell phone ...she never acknowledged me, she just proceeded to the Soda machine to fill her cup, all the while, having a conversation on her cell phone. So I ASSUMED there was going to be someone else to take my order. Another employee walked in and I asked him: "Is there someone here to help me", and he pointed to the young lady holding the cell phone. She then said: "My bad, I'll get to you in a minute". I ended up walking out and drove to another Subway in the area, further down, but worth it. Very disappointed."

"Sign say open at 9am and another person showed there at 9:05 am and got turned away. Chick fila it is today. This was the first time coming back to subway in like 4 yrs now I remember why"

"If you want customer service that is timely, save yourself the headache and don't come here. Waited over 20 minutes for curbside pickup. They came outside as we got here and stated they were busy inside, however as the parking spot for curbside faces directly into the location, the 3 individuals waiting in line were apparent. If a location cannot accommodate 3 inside customers and ONE curbside customer, there are issues. As this is being typed, there have been no customers ordering inside for 5 minutes and the 2 sandwiches we ordered have yet to be received. Beyond irritating. Customer service is slower than slow if you do anything but go inside. They don't care about you if you don't order inside. Even our online order tracker has now disappeared as it has stated "order ready" for over 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again."

"Texas heat is starting to hit. Was nice and cool inside. Doors over veggies were keep closed to keep them from temp change. Server was paying attention to detail and sandwiches were perfect. Dining area clean"
