"There was a time where I was very dissatisfied with my purchases at this restaurant. I am vegan and for some reason they never seem to make the sandwich the way I asked. So I decided to save my receipts with the exact items and amount that I wanted on my vegetable sub sandwich. Since doing that it comes out perfect every time and I do appreciate the staff there. I also think it makes it easier on the cashier if you can just hand them a list of what you want versus doing it verbally and there may be things missed in transition."
