Whataburger

"5-10 minute wait for an employee to ask what I would like to order. Everytime. And for $10+ meals you would expect the food to be decent. It's not. If you order anything other than a burger (even fries) expect to wait another 5-10 minutes. Literally the worst service at a fast food restaurant I've ever experienced."

"This was a location I visit regularly, but always in the morning. I had just returned from a trip and needed a late nite meal. I was having a problem with the app, but the employees didn't even acknowledge the issue. Three employees were standing near the register, but someone in the drive thru had to ask them to wait on me. They didn't ask me if they could help me, they just looked at me. When they brought me my box of food, I thought it was lighter than normal. It was missing the gravy, and the fry box was a little more than half full. One piece of chicken was about 3 inches long. The chicken was hot and fresh, but the fries were lukewarm. Apparently, the night staff has a lot to learn from the morning staff... which is phenomenal."

"This is a good location. Not great like the one in Azle. But the food is good. This restaurant for being a newer location just seems already warn down. And the dining room is quite small in comparison to other Whataburgers in the area."
