"Seriously, how hard is it to greet a customer? I was forced to use the kiosk because NOONE would come to the front or acknowledge we entered and were standing by the counter. I personally prefer to order with a person because I've had a stroke, which is also the reason I didn't just walk out and go somewhere else. As for the food, at least, the order was correct BECAUSE I took the time to walk in. Drive-thru is another story. Anyways, in a nutshell, overpriced food thrown together, lousy customer service, and longer than normal wait times when Noone is there, it's not like it was busy at the time we went. TACOBELL: You need to do better. You're no longer my go-to for some Sh!+ty tacos."

"I drive further away because this location is so bad. Read the reviews, I am not sure how this place isn’t shut down. My last visit I was ignored until I finally said something. The lack of care and apathy is evident in every employee hiding in the kitchen. I tried to tell someone in charge that no one was helpful and my online order showed it was ready on my app. The first guy just pointed to the drive thru and mumbled they are busy. Lol! Then the manager, I think, informed me after inquiring… “the drive thru gets priority”… really? Over the lobby that had one guy before me? Drive thru maybe had two cars. They weren’t busy. He said that’s why they told me “just a minute”. NOPE! No one came out or acknowledged me until I asked for help. They don’t care! Look at the other reviews! My receipt had the survey number ripped off but I was able to review in the store anyway. Enter/Order at your own risk!"

"It's most of what I expect from a taco bell. The woman working the window was awesomely cheerful and pleasant. The food was as expected but surprisingly expensive compared to my last visit. The location almost looks closed because of the empty parking lot that could use a little maintenance."

"TL;DR: Don't go to this location, go to the one on Sadau Ct. for far better service. It's worth the difference in travel time. Before continuing this review, I will say that I would recommend reading other recent reviews of this Taco Bell location to get an idea of what to expect when you purchase food from this location. This particular location used to be pretty good, and I have a theory as to why it's gone downhill, but I'll save that for last. I purchased a Nachos BellGrande combo at this location, and I noticed the drive-thru attendant was a bit dismissive when I got to the speaker. I know they don't get paid a ton to work there, but they could at least TRY to be somewhat cordial. I pulled up to the window and was handed my food haphazardly by the worker. When I pulled over to check my order, I found my Nachos BellGrande was placed vertically in my small bag, leading to all of the contents shifting into a giant nacho glob in the side of the tray (the picture is provided to give a general idea of what the Nachos BellGrande tray looks like.) Not that any of that really matters since it all gets eaten anyway, but it could have leaked out or made a mess otherwise. Additionally, I've had several instances of this location not being open during posted hours (on Google and Taco Bell's App/Website) dating back to pre-pandemic times. I would show up at 12:30 at night on a weekend for it to be a complete ghost town on more than one occasion. My theory as to why this location has gone downhill is that one time some years ago, I ordered from the drive-thru to find the drive-thru attendant seemingly frustrated. I asked him if everything was okay, and he said that he was "furious, because someone just walked up and urinated on the side of the building." I think when that person completed that misdeed, they placed a curse on this particular location, because it hasn't been the same sense. All that being said, I will not be giving this location another chance, and perhaps all others should steer clear as well based on recent reviews."
