"A terrible service location. I've came here 5x and each time they messed up. Other members keep coming yet they still mess up. At times, went to drive thru yet looked like it flooded. When telling them the order, it seems they are not paying attention. I order black with sugar. Then they say "so you want cream with no sugar". That's the opposite of what I said. A friend wanted to sue as they were vegetarian and ordered egg and cheese. Yet they put sausage and she was pissed. Went in and instead of helping the vegetarian, she was told "you ordered it. Remove it and it's fine". My friend ended up reporting."

"I would rate 0 star if I could . Went in 2 times between 7:30 and 8 pm and I tried to order a cream cheese bagel and they say the kitchen is closed already. And the workers make a rude face because I tried to order a bagel. I asked her what time the kitchen closes and she said 7 or 7:30 she wasn’t even sure on what to say. How does it close that early if the place doesn’t even close till 9. The young people that work there are just rude and lazy. I would hire different people if I was the owner of this store cause that is not good customer service at all."

"The current 2.3 rating should say everything you need to know. Asked for a chi latte they said they didnt have it available. Looked in the app and ordered it. 50% of it was foam. Ordered a stuffed donut and very little stuffing as shown. The cashier was dismissive."

"I ordered a Strawberry Banana smoothie and a bagel bacon egg and cheese. They gave me the wrong bagel and the smoothie tasted like nothing but ice. They over charged me for my bagel."

"They were out of pretty much everything I came for. Ended up ordering 4 kolaches and 5 donuts instead. The kolaches I received looked burnt. I asked the lady are they supposed to be this burnt. She got wide eyed and went to go ask.....comes back, they're just crispy not burnt.....lol ok. Dunking was one of favorite places but it seems for it to be a common theme for them to be out of stuff. Guess I'll have to find a new place."
