"If I could put zero stars I would. Everytime I order a mobile order or order a doordash order this location always messes up my order. It is always massively late for any doordash orders I put in; the dasher is always waiting in the store till way past when I’m supposed to be getting the order, when I call the dasher they always tell me the staff won’t make it and that they were told to wait or to just unassign the order and leave. I don’t understand why my doordash orders at this specific location always seem to not be a priority or filled properly. When I do mobile orders it’s even worse; I again half to wait way past my pickup time and usually I am missing multiple items from my order while people walk and order and leave while I’m still waiting; including the drive-thru. The staff needs to be retrained and the managers need to be replaced this has been going on since the last manager change; where is the other manager at that was always about helping customers? And why when the current staff has problems with orders(that they caused) am I blamed???"

"I’ve now gone to this location once a week for the last three weeks, and wanted to give it several tries before I left a review. I’ve been very happy sitting here and getting some work done. My drinks have been made quickly and correctly, the location is clean, staff are friendly. The time I go just so happens to seem to coincide with when the manager holds a staff meeting and, while I don’t actively listen in, I can tell from what I hear of their discussions that they take customer service VERY seriously, and I see that reflected in how the baristas work to greet every customer as they come in and take their orders promptly. In particular today, Bailey (I believe that was her name!) was very kind and had no issue fixing my drink to go in the cup I brought with me. I will continue coming here for coffee and work for the foreseeable future."

"The white male w/pony-tale working on the drive thru, on January 24,2024 at 3:32pm was completely rude he shouted “are you done man! “ I understand we don’t always have good days but going back to the reviews here seems is a on going issue at this location. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced."

"Definitely one of the rudest Starbucks I’ve been to. Asked for spoons for the parfaits I ordered and they acted super inconvenienced. They also seem to struggle to fill the drinks fully if you read the rest of the reviews, which we experienced as well"

"Don’t get me wrong, I love my Starbucks but this spot in particular never fills the cup up. So annoying when you’re paying close to $7 for a coffee. Every time."
