"I have never received any bad customer service from all the years I have been here, until recently. I came through drive thru and when the worker repeated our order, it was correct. When we got to the window she had messed it up and when we told her, she rolled her eyes at us. She then proceed to mess it up again and rolled her eyes at us again! At her last mistake, the manager had taken over. The audacity to mess up and roll her eyes at us was crazy."

"We were looking for a place to go out and try something new. We were headed down Bellaire Blvd and hit some road construction so we turned around and stopped at Magic Cup. It was surprisingly good. We had a decaf latter…very average, but what made it fun weee the Magic Puffs. Fresh hot donut like pastries with powdered sugar and chocolate. Made the stop worth it! This is a fun place and the menu looks like it has some fun teas as well. I wanted to try the Tiger Latte… maybe next time."
