"Very surprised at the negative reviews! The donuts are excellent and the customer service is great. Could use a little cleaning inside… I have never seen any employee ask anyone for a tip."

"I ordered the black peppercorn sandwich about 9:15am. At 10 am I went to the store to pick up through the drive thru. I had to repeat myself several times because the employees speak broken English and can’t understand when I tell them my uncomplicated name. I get to the drive through window and the woman attempts to hand me two drinks. I tell her no and repeat my name once again. I ordered through the door dash app and then she proceeds to tell me the order isn’t ready when it’s been over 30 minutes since I ordered and got notice that it was ready. She told me I had to pull around to park and go inside. They are too lazy to walk food from the counter to the window. At the counter the woman says it’s not ready (yet the sandwich I received was cold) but then I see the bag with my name sitting there and she proceeds to explain that all orders made through door dash must be picked up inside. What a stupid rule that is when the drive thru was empty. They couldn’t just walk it over to the window? I order online for convenience, because I never step foot into the store, and will NOT be ordering here ever again."

"This is the worst dunkin I have experienced thus far! This place NEVER has Boston Creme donuts in stock and I've come here 3-4 times at breakfast! So instead, I ordered the Bavarian creme, and they gave me something with white creme icing inside! So they have me the wrong donut, And I also ordered the Caramel Craze Latte and it was made with absolutely NO CARAMEL! They move super slow and don't call out your name or order number, they just sit the food on the counter. I will just drive 6 miles away to the next Dunkin and hope they have better service! Sheesh!"

"Is it normal to ask the customer for a tip? I have never experienced that in any DD in the world before. The guy asked me if I had a blessed day and asked straight for a tip. Another DD employee told me the pay is pretty good, so why would you ask for a tip without giving any service. Looks like begging to me"

"I love Dunkin especially because they are cheaper than their competitors however the quality can be hit or miss and I wish there was more consistency"
