"Last year this was a great place for us to have coffee and a bakery selection. Then staffing changed. The young people there laugh and giggle and forget to make the bagel. They use to bring our coffee and bakery selection to us nice and warm. The newest older woman barista is good. She is not strong enough personality to keep the younger employees working. Additionally, the lighting is severe bright. I love the coffee, best in town. Italian music is great. When the employees are alert to customer’s needs they are really good at service. It’s when too many too young employees are running the business and they don’t clean the place, they forget to make food. I like the Middle Eastern and other diverse groups having coffee and very interactive conversations. Too much smoking right at the front door. Again, lighting is severe bright! Still we will go again in hopes it will get back to its good service"

"I have ordered iced latte it was fine. The atmosphere is fine however there was poor customer service there were two staff one of them was Nice (redhead). The Burnett was speechless. She tossed the latte to me in very weird way!"

"Stopped by here for coffee and small bites. House drip coffee was very good; had good aroma. The caprese baguette sandwich (tomato slices and mozzarella cheese) also was delicious. Also got croissant and chocolate croissant, which were tasty and had a great soft and flaky texture. They also serve gelato ice cream. I've been to a Minuti drive thru service at another location; dining in here we found a nice cozy atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff."
