"Brooklyn Pie offers a solid NY style pizza. This particular location isn't ideal however. On this particular visit they were not prepared at open and the did not acknowledge us as they counted changed, prepared the soda machine and put down stools. Consistently indifferent service. The other bad thing about this location is their insistence on playing music extremely loud. Loud house music. Very little seating inside. Today the slice of pizza was the greasiest I have ever had here. It took a few paper towels to bring it to a reasonable level of grease. Overall it's a good slice of pizza but not an enjoyable place to eat for lunch. Edit: After several more visits I am adding a star to my review of Brooklyn Pie in Round Rock. It has been really good and consistent and they do a great Greek salad."

"This is a solid N.Y. pizza place. Being from N.Y. I wouldn't say amazing but its a good solid pizza place. I've been going here for little over a year. Haven't been disappointed with the food or quality. Tonight their costumer service was great. Picked my order up and got home to realize one of my pizzas was wrong. If I enjoyed the ingredients it would've been a nice upgrade, but I'm simple and wanted my og pizza. I called and they already realized the mix up. By the time I got back with the wrong pizza, they had remade my WHOLE order at no charge not just the single wrong pizza. They also said I could keep the wrong pizza, to which I declined. Great service and business ethics."

"I picked up order for friend! The guy in the front has bad attitude since you walk in! Never smiled once. When I got to my friend’s I realized he forgot to give me a dr.pepper which we ordered. I dont feel like going back since it‘s a 15 min drive. Pizza rate: 5/10 cheese bread: 2/10 over all terrible everything."

"I honestly love the pizza here, great flavor and taste. The ingredients are A1 quality! The price is honestly worth the pie. Love how friendly the staff was! If you want to have a good pizza while close to the neighborhood, this is the place to go!"

"Biggest disappointment. Customer service and friendliness was great. Pizza was the biggest disappointment. Excellent that they sell by the slice except it is not freshly made. Pizza is seating on the side. When sliced pizza is ordered they place the toppings and rebaked, resulting in a very crispy and dry pizza. Flavorless to say the least. After 2 bites, could not continue to eat. Then tried just taking pieces from the top, but was overcooked and dry."
