"The food was fresh and delicious; the service was better than usual and, since we got there around 4pm, so not crowded at all. The only bad thing was that we had to wait about 10-15 minutes to be seated, as there was absolutely no one at the check-in stand! We’ve never experienced that before at Cracker Barrel and we’ve been going to Cracker Barrel for years, decades, locally and many other states. We always search out a Cracker Barrel!"

"It is our first time here. We had to wait a bit for the table. We got a notice and then were told they hit it by accident. Then they called again, and then tried to tell us no we were not called. But she checked and our table was ready. We had to wait a long time for our drink order and are now waiting a long time for our food. I hope the food is good. We like Cracker Barrel but we will not be back to this location. We finally got our food; it was good, but it took 40 minutes. First, they brought the wrong food to us. We finally got our food. It seemed the people around us were seated after us but got their food before us. It also seems they got more attention. This is the first place I have ever wanted to walk out before we got our food. Like I said before, we will not be back to this location."

"I don’t usually give bad reviews. We did a pickup order for our daughters 10th birthday dinner. We didn’t get our biscuits, so I just called nicely to let them know. The lady asked if we were going to come back I said “no ma’am we live all the way in Joshua” So she said “what exactly are you wanting”? I told her I just wanted to let them know. And she said okay and hung up. Our food was absolutely terrible. Cold, hard, and just eww. Even our baked potato was rock hard. We’ve never had a problem siting and eating there before, but I know we will definitely never do pick up order EVER again!!!"
