"Went to the drive thru everyone had there headset on i couldn’t figure out who was talking to me. i ordered a hot latte with a few pumps and some bagel bites. My cup was covered in coffee the color of the coffee was extremely suspicious it didn’t even taste like a hot latte and the bagel bites were sogggy."

"Cameron (I hope my spelling his name correct) was so patient and thorough! It was him and another lady working that night. They operated as a team and served us well! Will be back! Also, the Cookie Monster ice cream was soooooo good; as well as the mixed berry smoothie!!"

"I HATE having to leave a bad review. Honestly. But this location CAN NOT get my coffee order correct even if I tell them what color the coffee should be. I order this SAME coffee every single day all over the country. This location NEVER adds the correct amount of almond milk or cream for it to match any other location. When I tell them it should be a light tan and NOT the color of burnt sugar or creme brûlée and they STILL hand me a coffee like the one pictured, I serious have to wonder if they are doing it just to be funny. This is undrinkable. The proprietor should be ashamed the standards are so low here."

"Make sure to check your to-go order before you leave. I had ordered a strawberry and chocolate sprinkle donut and my donuts didn’t have any sprinkles on them. Very disappointing. I’m not sure if they ran out, but I wasn’t told anything. Not sure who thought it was okay to give these to a paying customer."

"The worker was nice. Food was disappointing. My hash browns were wayyyy soggy and undercooked but the worst is my donut. This is supposed to be "glazed".... There are two streaks of glaze down the middle. Are you for real?"
