"We love the pizza. So we tolerate the staff that doesn't enjoy being there. Every time we go they appear bothered that we want to order something. The last time they rushed us through (the place was empty) to the point we couldn't even ask for more of items or additional items. (Isn't that the whole point of the design of the place...to personalize your pizza?) They had it at the window to cook while I was still about to ask for mushrooms. And heaven forbid you ask for a little more of something. The manager may be the cause of the morale because when I asked for more pepperoni, the employee looked over at the manager to see if she was looking. My son went once to an empty restaurant midday on a weekday. His school group of 16-18 kiddos arrived at the same time. The manager got grumpy with them and said they should have called ahead. The kids told her they had time to wait, but that did not settle her stress. Tip: if you like the pizza, just go in and advocate for what you are spending money on and try to spread some joy...because they are in need of it."

"I walked into an empty restaurant at 7:00pm. One person waiting on a takeout order, and one in line paying. We were warned as we approached the front that they had 6 to-go orders and we would have to wait for them to finish those. Unbelievable! When did we start prioritizing take-out orders over the dine-in customers?! We were going to order two pizzas, that’s it. I almost feel as though the guy wanted to get rid of us. So that’s what we did, we walked out. Somehow this service comes as no surprise when the employees are in a revolving door, always all new ones every time I go in. It is frustrating to have decent pizza so close to home and we tend to drive to Fort Worth because they have better service. Treat your customers better!!"

"The customer service at this establishment is why I will be returning! I came in on 1/20/2024 around lunchtime. I was immediately greeted upon entering and the girls looked happy to take my order! Kai was very helpful and informative when it came to my allergy needs and Alexis cooked it to perfection! I have been to other mods in the area but this experience was by far the best that I have had and I will be returning! Thank you ladies for the amazing meal and you will be seeing me again!"

"Being a Brooklynite I know a bit of Pizza and this place has a great concept. Love all the toppings you can pick but I wish everything was Labeled so I don’t feel like I have to rush my pizza because I’m thinking on what I want to add to my pizza. The whole establishment is clean and the staff friendly. Shout out to the lady that told me about the Dairy Free Cheese because now I’ve come twice to get pizza."

"First time at MOD Pizza and we already have plans to go back. We had no idea what we were doing, which we let the staff know so they were super patient and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly our pizzas were ready. Fun drink selection; not just fountain sodas. Plenty of seating. Clean."
