"My first visit at this location was extremely disappointing. I ordered on the mobile app for drive thru pick up. When I got to the pick up area they asked me to pull around to the front door and I told them I had no problem doing that but to please make sure all the condiments I ordered are put in the bag. He assured me they would be. I waited at the front and they brought my order without my condiments I ordered and there were condiments I did not order. As someone who is disabled I intentionally order for drive thru pickup because walking in is very painful and difficult for me. I order on the app to make sure my order is placed correctly and to have such a simple thing not paid attention to and being made to either sit thru the drive thru lane and have my food get cold or painfully walk in to fix their mistake is frustrating."
