"It is Monday 6pm. I came into the store with my kids and suddenly an employee from Starbucks told they were closed. I saw the operations hours and says they close at 8pm."

"I was shopping today and had my kids with me. So it was a bit of a stressful time. I decided to take myself and the kids to Starbucks so they can get their caffeine free Frappuccino, and get me a refresher. I got up to the cash register and a man with a hat (which was so cute) I guess since I was stressed out. I was like “ugh I need a moment my anxiety is bad right now”, and I took a deep breath. He said a few encouraging words. It might have been something small but it really helped me. So thank you. Great experience and calm environment even with the chaos of being in a mall. They were on top of it."

She was really nice and she made me feel like I was the president himself. She knew the menu and even suggested trying a new drink item! I would come back just to see her!!"
