Anytime my order has been incorrectly placed, they'll correct it no questions asked, I've had no complaints thus far and the workers are always warm and friendly."

"I hate writing bad reviews especially for Starbucks because I love the food and drinks however my partner and I just went to grab some quick treats through drive through and Gale was so impatient with us when taking our order. She gave us a rude tone both when taking the order, and then again, when paying, she was upset that we did not have the app to scan. Mind you, we both have the app. I was just using a Starbucks gift card I happened to have, and she was so bothered that we chose that form of payment for whatever reason. My partner has had previous attitude issues with Gale before, so I figured it's time to say something about it."

"I ordered a blonde drip coffee and before I order any coffee I asked him which drip coffee is ready. In this case, the blonde drip coffee was available so I wouldn't have to wait. I ordered that a banana bread, blueberry muffin and my wife or a hot like chocolate mocha with cream. We got the blueberry muffin and up banana bread right off the bat. To my surprise the hot white chocolate with cream came out after two other customers ordered after us no... Not mobile order. Then I finally got my drip coffee which is already ready and I only takes a minute maybe to make after two other additional customers ordered after me as I was listening to all four. This is ridiculous...."

"I went through the drive through and ordered a large caramel frappe with no cool whip. I wanted to try the strawberry refreshment drink too but was scared to order it and not like it so I stuck to my usually frappe. The lady at the window had explained to me what the drink was and I still decided to not. When I got to the window to pay, I had just downloaded the app so she scanned it for me so I could start earning points and then the sweetest thing happened yall! She said she knew I really wanted to try the strawberry drink so she made me a small one! How sweet!! And it tastes amazing! I'm so glad she did because I'm going to need a thousand of these things in my future! Great service, drinks and just wow! Thank you maam!"
