"The morning crew is especially friendly and welcoming. They really hype you up and welcome you warmly. The afternoon/night crew is very nice and attentive too, a lot more chill. Both great. I come here because I feel comfortable staying and doing my stuff here. Only thing that would probably make it more enjoyable would be having the music at a lower volume, I do feel it gets a bit loud."

"Hey y’all so I literally go to Starbucks twice a day, not just this location but multiple locations. I don’t mean to misgender anyone or be condescending when I say this next statement. This location in particular is good when the men are working. When the 3 women are working in the morning, they never make my drink right. Literally never. I don’t know if they aren’t reading the ticket but they never get it right. When the men are working my drink is always correct and delicious. I know I have a lot in my drink but all the other locations never have an issue with it and also this is a drink customization cafe. The picture of the one that is layered is how my drink is supposed to look. The one that is yellow is the incorrect drink. The barista that was making my drink literally dumped it out and started over but she still didn’t do it correctly. A barista told me how to order my drink to make it easier to read on the sticker. That’s what I’ve been doing and at this location they still get it incorrect. This is my 4th time getting an incorrect drink at this location. The other drink I get is matcha but I substitute the 2% for vanilla sweet cream. The ladies never substitute it but the guys do and yes I can tell the difference. I know vanilla sweet cream has a little milk in it which is fine but I don’t like the taste of 2% milk in my matcha. I don’t know why they never want to substitute it. It’s very frustrating and I have given them multiple chances. I definitely will not be ordering anything is the ladies are working. Now if the men are working I will definitely order something. Now I won’t name the 2 men in particular, even though I know their names. I don’t want anyone to be singled out or treated differently. They usually know me by my drink so hey guys, yall are awesome. Now as far as the restaurant as a whole is nice and clean. The restrooms are always clean and well stocked with paper towels, tissue paper and soap. The cup selection is scarce right now but I think it’s because the new cups haven’t been delivered yet but I can’t wait. The food is always good. I like the spinach feta wrap, vanilla bean (can’t think of the name but it’s a triangle), cheese danish, everything bagel and butter croissant. My go to drinks are any refresher, lemonade and matcha. I don’t drink coffee but I love the smell of it."

"I asked for light ice, very light ice to be exact. I tried calling to speak to a supervisor, the numbers listed on Google and Starbucks app does not work. The person used a venti scoop for my light ice. I would know because, I used to be a Shift Supervisor for Starbucks. To the young lady that caught an attitude with my husband the other day, for asking to use a tall scoop. This is the very reason why I ask for a tall scoop, because when you order light ice you get things like this. I asked the young lady at the window if this was supposed to be light ice? She just said have a great day. She didn’t offer to have it remade, also didn’t notice that the person on bar missed up. The person at the window has to double check before handing it to the customer. I would’ve never handed this drink to the customer, because it was full of ice. I am not sure if the managers read this, but hopefully this could be fixed. Especially if you didn’t check and the customer questioned it. It would’ve been remade."
