"We just sat in line for 30 minutes and when it was time to take our order, they came on and said that they were closing line 2 and if we wanted to get food, we would have to go around and get in line again where the line was all the way around to the front..... both lines were full. I asked if someone could come out and take our order then since we had been waiting all of that time and he said our only option was to get in line again. Mind you, they walk food out to line 2, but wouldn't take an order. I asked if he could take an order from line 1 and then 2 etc. so everyone was taken care of in order. Said only option was to go around because something wasn't working. Completely unacceptable customer service and made zero effort to take our order even after I kindly offered many suggestions!!! Very disappointed with a truck full of hungry kids."
