"How does this place have 4.5 stars??? Everyone in this specific store acts like they’re doing you, THE CUSTOMER, a favor. Purchased a $450 battery at a Napa in big spring Texas. After 4 months it lost charge. Upon trying to charge it at the store, I was told it was a bad battery and then the whole problem started. Armando, the good-for-nothing manager began giving me excuses as to how I cannot get a refund since I purchased it at another NAPA. I wasted about a month jumping through his hoops, waiting on him making calls and what not. (Joe, one of the associates literally lied to me on a Friday and said the replacement was coming, for me to wait till Monday) Nothing but wasted time. These people are local, yet you get ZERO empathy from these guys. Finally that POS goes on to say that he “finally got me a refund through the manufacturer”. Haha 2 months later and NOTHING! I drove to the big spring NAPA and got my refund in 4 minutes. I tell everyone to stay away from this circus and the clowns it employs. The kicker is that they have the audacity to catch an attitude when the customer is upset!! All I needed was a refund or an exchange."

"Today I went to get a part that I needed for my pick up. The guy that attended me had no experience whatsoever. He couldn’t find the part even though the computer said they had it on stock he took about 15 minutes looking for the part and he couldn’t find it. I had to take my business elsewhere. The guy next to him did not even bother to help him if he was new poor customer service they need to train their new employees. No wonder they didn’t have any customers outside."
