"Went in to Aerie to look for some leggings I saw online. Associates were friendly and helpful. Tried on like 5 things and these girls were HYPE WOMEN lol they were sweet an helped switch out sizes when needed. Sizes were limited but it was a popular item so it makes sense. 10/10 would return"

"One if the worst place to go shop the clothing is great but the environment and customers services is the worst I have ever experienced I have never felt so small till then, the manger has the most ugliest attitude. She has no manners no self-respect for her employees or the company. She rings me up and is only tossing my clothing left and right when I address it to her her response is if I don't like it rude 21 is down the hall. My money is as green as anyone who walk in or works as hard as I do.this has not been the 1st time u see her be ugly. I'm patient respectful and take alot for my wife not to flip out. I hope corporate really does see this comments and does something about it, I wouldn't want my wife to take care of you guys business. Sofia I believe is her name. NEVER WILL I COME BACK TO SHOP HERE AGAIN NEVER"

"Horrible experience, waited 20 min for my daughter to pick out 2 shirts. While waiting, I observed customers being checked out on both sides of the counter. After again waiting for my daughter to try on the shirts, I proceeded to get in line for the check out. After waiting another 5 min or so in line, I got to the front and the lady running the register tells me that the line is now on the other side. We just left without making any purchase. Never thought I would say this, but I think it was because I was white. I believe she was the manager. I'll be calling corporate HQ. Thanks for an unpleasant experience!"
