"So I placed an order on the app and unfortunately when it got here I noticed some items were missing (I suspect door dash driver took parts of the order) anyways, I called the store and spoke with manager David, he listened to my issue intently and within minutes had another driver preparing to come back to the store to provide me with the correct order! He went above and beyond to make sure my order got to me, and even provided safety stickers on the bag to ensure that the food was not taken by someone else. David was kind, and had my order re sent to me within minutes I appreciate his kindness and customer service! Thank you again David!"
"Had a fantastic experience ordering my birthday treat at this spot! The cranberry orange muffin was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the ordering process. Conveniently, there's a spacious parking lot right in front. A delightful visit overall!"
"Rude employees and horrible food! I used to frequent this location a lot for take out since I work from home. But construction makes getting here such a hassle I hadn't been in a while but I was craving a breakfast sandwich. I walked in and was the ONLY person in line. One employee who should have greeted and taken my order, looked at me, said nothing and fiddled around with something behind the counter as if I didn't exist. Another employee who seemed to be bagging a to go order saw this rudeness and greeted me and said someone would be with me shortly. Well I stood there for about a minute by myself in line while I was ignored by the nonbusy employee. Finally the other employee finished what they were doing and came to take my order. I ordered and was told to follow the prompts on the payment terminal. It asked me a yes/no question but offered no recognizable way to answer. I expressed my confusion and was told to follow prompts. I hit the only option which was phone number and got put in some type of loop. Dumbest thing ever! I just want to pay and not answer a bunch of stupid questions. Then the person taking my order became rude and said I should have used the buttons on the bottom. Well how the hell would I know that. Those buttons have NO WORDS. She asked if I was a loyalty member and I said no I just want to pay and she did something and skipped the questions but was annoyed and rude after that. I finally paid and watched while everyone behind the counter chilled out and acted as if I had not just ordered food. I waited 7-10 minutes for the WORST breakfast sandwich I'd ever had. It was thrown together and I had to redistribute my egg and spinach and tomato. AND it wasn't hot! I have had some subpar customer service from this location in the past but because it was take out I just grabbed my food and ignored it. Well this was blatant and purposeful rudeness. I was the only customer in line so should have received speedy and courteous service. Instead I got ignored and eventually horrible service. To top it off the food was horrible! I will NOT be going back. They couldn't pay me to step foot in there again."
"Order a Pepperoni flatbread and this what I received lucky my kid was hungry but it not suppose to be like this so he didn’t care and was hungry"
"You're a ripoff Panera! Let's put more meat on your sandwiches. My mac and cheese came out with my sandwich lukewarm. And I don't even want to talk about the minimal meat on the sandwiches. The expectation is not to get full off of bread. The employees are pleasant and responsive. Although based upon what I was charged, I believe there might have been a promotion I was not told about in regards to the cinnamon roll. Let's clean our booths a little better too."
