"Disappointed with a recent delivery order through the app. One sandwich was completely missing, a drink was wrong, and the wrong number of chick fil a sauces were given to us. By the time we got our food and figured this out, it was past closing and could not be remedied through the local number. Called corporate customer service and they were very unhelpful stating they couldn’t do anything since it was through the app and to contact DoorDash for a refund, even though it wasn’t their fault, the bag was sealed! Anyway we did get refunded by DoorDash for the missing sandwich but the experience was very subpar and disappointing."

"I search a Chick-fil-A on my GPS as a stop in the middle of my errands and looked like the location was in the mall, I was a bit disappointed cause I didn't want to park the car and go into the mall to buy the food while I was in a hurry heading to the next destination. Then! I found the sign saying there was a drive-thru booth, and I got to find an employee receiving orders from your car and using their electronic devices(pad?), the order was sent to the store in the mall. Within no time, another person brought the food to the car and I got to head out to my next place in a timely manner. I was very impressed and their service was great and efficient. I would recommend it."

"I went there today and got the usual #1 meal combo with a Sprite. The women in the drive thru are always friendly and patient. I finally tried their Peach shake and let me tell you I was really impressed. Best shake I've tasted in a long time. This location is located behind Rolling Oaks Mall."

"Food always tastes fresh, and the staff is always so friendly. Not bad for the Food court. However, I am disappointed they put a notice in my bag that states they are discontinuing the Side Salad staring in April. I choose to eat salad with my sandwich because it's a healthier choice than fries. Don't get me wrong I LOVE fries and it's not easy choosing salad over fries. I just want to have the option of making a healthier choice."
