"Went to sonic and ordered popcorn chicken for my spouse. She was eating it and found out the chicken was raw in the middle. Will not be going back to this sonic for sure."

"This sonic location is always treated me very well. I’ve gotten my food very quickly and it’s always tasted delicious… Also, the manager there Jimmy is such an amazing and incredible guy. Sonic is very lucky to have such a wonderful person managing that store."

"I’ve been coming to sonic every day getting a Dr Pepper for the past probably eight or nine years. I usually go to a different location, but I was coming in from an out of town trip and placed a mobile order for the Dr Pepper. I checked in at the sonic at 425. At around 430ish, I saw on the message “Kelsey is headed out with your order”. I waited another 10 minutes because she never came and then pressed the button to inquire about my order. I was told they are out of Dr Pepper. Honestly, it’s not a big deal, but I sat out there for 20 minutes and no one came to let me know they were out. Because I ordered through the app I couldn’t get a refund right then, I couldn’t cancel my order on the app either because I had already checked in, and had to call the 800 number to request a refund. It was for four dollars not a big deal, but this isn’t the first time it has happened to me. The other times, I didn’t have the time to call it the 800 number and give them the order number and all of my information to request a refund. I do understand that the app is third-party, but y’all really should make a way to where the stores can refund customers if they cannot complete their order. I have flushed plenty of money down the drain because of issues with the app. It is super disappointing!"

"Waited over 20 minutes from placing my.order before leaving and not once was it mentioned they were running behind. After waiting and requesting an update on my order I was told "well bring it out when it's ready" rather rudely and abruptly ending the communication and without any offer of a time update. At that point I decided to go to the door where an other customer was waiting and let me know she had been waiting 45 minutes for her order that she placed ahead of time that was incorrect. I understand being short staffed and being behind however as a former sonic employee I do expect to be given a notice or even met with client relations care and not a rude attitude."

"Last went to a Sonic several years ago at a different location. This one is nearby. Sure most know that Sonic has no indoor dining. A small outdoor area under a canapy. Serve at stalls where cars are parked and handle drive thru customers. Long wait in Drive thru today. A little misunderstanding on my order which was corrected at payment & pickup. For 4 premium All American Hotdogs, paid $11.40. Sonic does an extraordinary job of packaging their hotdogs making them attractive & appetizing. A great Hotdog!"
