"We arrived for a convention this weekend. When you go to the mall the Chinese place always hits the spot, they did not. Between my friend and I we tried: sesame chk, orange chk, teriyaki chk, spicy teriyaki chk, fried rice and the mixed vegetables. Everything was terrible. To start, we showed up at 11:15 am JUST after they opened..... and had to wait 7 mins to order. Not because there was a line but because I watched a worked sit and stare into the void. The fried and sauced meats were tasteless mush. Period The teriyaki chickens were somehow drowned in sauce and dry at the same time. And the "spicy" was clearly someone's sick joke. The rice was unseasoned, dried out, hard and clumped together. The vegetables were cut poorly, as if by a toddler and each one left the bitter taste of "dirt" in my mouth. Each 2 meat plate was 10$. With drinks at 3$. I pray to God you do what I didn't and read the reviews before you come. I am fat and do not throw away food, I threw this **** in the trash after 3 mins. TLR: Run, do not walk AWAY from this place as quickly and safely as you can. Thank you for your time. I pray you listen."
"Very chill Asian food place in the mall. Cheap for the amount of food you get. Lots of sauce. Their "cheese puffs" were very yummy! Would recommend for those not picky and needing something quick!"
"Not sure what is with all the hate on this Americanized-Chinese joint. As an AsAm who came here to walk the riverwalk, the food seems fine for what it is. It isn’t authentic, it is not inexpensive, but it isn’t bad either; and it is certainly NOT the health hazard that certain clientele make it out to be. Maybe once the rating hits 3.5; some custome- I mean competition will push it down again cuz competition is fierce or something? Yes; the cornstarch is laid on thick; Yeah, you got your typical greasy and heavy flavors, but as to why many Americanized-Chinese takeouts are exactly the same style across the US with higher ratings? Dunno…"
"Had a terrible experience here. They are fast sure. But the food... the food was terrible. I do not know how a restaurant can make chicken that is glazed in sauce have so many textures that are unpleasant. The outside is saucy as it should be but the chicken was gelatinous. As if I had eaten gummy worms with sauce. On top of that the food tasted old. Like so old that when you swallow and breath out you get the smell of rotten meat in the back of your throat and nose area. It also left my mouth coated in a texture that I can only compare to excess unblended flour in the batter or sauce. So basically old sauce coverd jelly chicken with too much flour. The orange chicken was the worst but the sesame chicken was only slightly better. Doesn't help that the noodles taste exactly the same as the chicken. I forced myself to eat half because I was on a time crunch and didn't want to feel like I completely wasted 10 bucks. Honestly the food made me nauseated. Cannot recommend this place."
