"Came out to support new food truck in the area. I ordered the fried fish with Mac n cheese and green beans. Beef nachos and red beans n rice. Husband ordered chicken wings with Mac n cheese. For my food: Mac n cheese was dry, my fish was pink so I did not eat it. This is not salmon, it is suppose to be white and flaky. Green beans was good but you can tell it was straight from the can. Red beans and rice was boxed. Zatarains brand to be exact. Nachos- chips were stale and cheese was coagulated, no jalapeños provided. Husband food- simply put he did not like his chicken. Very soft at the bottom for it to be fried chicken wings. Maybe I came on a wrong day but I’m not willing to go back. Very disappointed in the food."
