"The customer service was great. I got home and picked up my bag and grease went through the bag onto my seats and my Cheeseburger was put together very sloppy. The fries were under cooked. They tasted raw and the texture was raw. I'll take this as a one off and will try one more time."
"The biggest complaint is if you park in a certain part of the lot, that you get blocked in by the line from drive thru. Otherwise, my grandma took me and my son here after a day of shopping so my son could blow off energy. The playroom was a but warmer than it should be. With all those kids running around, they're going to get great stroke from the heat in there. There was a customer who came in after we did, and she stated, "Why is it always so hot in here?" Soooooo it's apparently not a freak day. Employees were very nice, and helpful."
