"So unfortunately, my Mickey D's experience was not a good one. After ordering a Big Mac combo with extra Mac sauce I had to wait about 20 minutes. Tired of waiting I honked the horn once waited a couple more minutes. To a young lady asking me what was waiting for. She then went inside came back and handed me a rolled up bag of very cold and stale food. Which at that point I was done. Very disappointing experience."

"I had never had such a horrible experience in a McDonald's till today. It started with a long wait in the drive thru, then when I did my order they did it wrong. When I got my order I told the employee of the mistake and he informed me that if I wanted to order the fries that were missing I had to go back in line of the drive thru to do it. I asked for the manager to get the issue fixed and he refused to get her. Victor, that was his name, said she was busy and he wouldn't call her because she will tell me the same thing. I told him that I wouldn't move my car till the manager came and he closed the window on me and they started to tell the cars behind me to go around me. It is ridiculous that a Manager can't come to deal with a customer. I also called the complaint number and hopefully that manager gets replaced. She doesn't know the meaning of customer service."

"I waited a little over 20 minutes for my quarter pounder meal. I went inside, and the cashier was handing out the drive-thru meals. The teen seemed to be running around the place. Idk who is managing these kids, but they need to do better, especially for simple meals. Try to avoid on busy evenings."

"Ordered on the mobile app only to still wait 25min . While still getting nothing . They parked so many cars . They didn’t know who ordered what. I ended up leaving having two baby’s in the car I could not get off. Oh yeah and nobody answered the phone big surprise. Hope I get my money back ."

"If you have little ones below 5 years old, this is a great place for them and for the parents to eat in peace: the play area is age appropriate for the mentioned age group, open space, burger drums with sounds produced when banged, etc. My 4 year old and 1 year old had a blast: they ate, played and parents ate as well. Recommended!"
