"Restaurant needed to be cleaned, staff was unfriendly, the atmosphere was meh, and the food was very disappointing. The fried pickles had no flavor, as did the salsa. The wing sauce was disappointing, and the ranch even more so. Nothing on my plate was good. Will not return."

"This location has terrible service and the food was over cooked. The atmosphere with the game and patrons was awesome but the wings were super over cooked and dry. The server didn't check on us the entire time we ate. I had to hunt her down to get the check and stand around waiting to hand my card back to her after getting it just to be able to leave. We waited forever after we finished eating to just pay and go. Buffalo wild wings typically has awesome food and service but this location does not. Go to the one in town further."

"This bdubs is one of the better ones I've been to, just nothing amazing and prices are higher these days to eat out. I don't normally go to this franchise unless there is a big UFC fight. Had to ask 2 different people to watch the Tyson and Ngannou fight before the manager finally switched from a far away table to a closer one He was professional and courteous, but I just wanted to watch the full fight. Glad I got to see the last half, I'll give this place another shot before updating review. The limited Hot BBQ wings were mediocre, Mango Habanero still fire though."

"We came back to try Buffalo Wild Wings again. Their wings have improved and the decor definitely made the place more enjoyable. We arrived early so we could beat the crowd. We waited 10 minutes at the front for the hostess to seat us. When we finally sat, we waited another 10 minutes to be greeted. I saw one of the managers leaning back and joking around with the bar tender. Another manager on his phone. And 4 more servers on their phones. We finally had our waitress come and greet us. She is the only one I have not seen pull out her phone. She is busting her hump while everyone else is on their phones. Yes the restaurant was slow. Perhaps everyone wasn’t on their shift yet. But I have a hard time believing that one waitress gets all of the tables and no one can even bring us our menus while she is running back and forth. I have seen other places step up to help others. Do better, BWW. An updated restaurant cannot replace good service."
