"We went to sonic and pulled into a slot and the blonde headed girl at 9:00pm on January 17th that was working the drive through window was rude unprofessional. Would not let us finish giving our order before she interrupted saying “are you done” repeatedly. No drinks were available. She was slamming doors and yelling. I expected a better customer service experience. We didn’t even get food. She said there was no Apple Pay. How dare they lol"

"I mean, look at the dog.. unacceptable! Looks like it's been under a heat lamp for years. Tasted like it to! This must just be a bad location because I have been eating at Sonic close to 50 years in different states and cities across the country and I have never gotten a chili dog from them that was this bad"

"This location once again provided a horrible guest experience. Their intercoms not working caused us time and frustration. We tried several intercoms also. We didn't get all the food we were charged for. The fries were disgusting. This is a picture of their steak grilled cheese, nothing like the picture. I spent over $30. I should have checked the order before we left but after 20+ minutes we just wanted out of there. What's happened to Sonics quality? Customer service? This location is heading the way of the Bandera Texas location!!!!"
