Domino's Pizza

"Worst customer service ever from the night manager. I ordered a pizza for delivery around 7. Still didn't get it about an hour later so I called. As soon as the "manager" got on the phone, he said "yea whats the problem". I said it's been over an hour and I haven't received my pizza. He told me the delivery driver attempted to deliver, knocked on my door and even called me three times, which was not the truth bc I have a ring camera and nobody came to knock on my door AT ALL. I had received ONE phone call from an unknown number but I don't answer unknown numbers so I didn't answer. There was no voicemail, text message, nothing to let me know this was my pizza delivery driver. The "managers" tone of voice was very rude and came off to seem like this was somehow my fault. Like it was MY fault his delivery driver had gone to the wrong door and knocked. Like it was MY fault I didn't answer my phone that one time the driver called. If he would have gone to the correct door the first time there would have been no reason to call me! I just wanted my pizza. He could have apologized or had a better attitude about a customer that had an issue."

"Ordered pizza that came almost 2 hours late. The pizza was cold and dry! It looked like what a child made. No one enjoyed the pizza. Ended up trashing the whole thing! I called the store, the guy that picked up tells me that the pizza is not considered late and that he is the only one at the store. And offered to give me credit for next order This is my last time ordering for them!"

"Constantly getting something wrong, instead of fixing it on the spot they keep asking me if it’s okay to fix it the next time I order or talk to a manager the next day. I’m done ordering dominos while still in Boerne. Dairy allergies seem to not matter, let alone quickly fixing a mistake. Just over it. They have forgotten sodas, made pastas wrong and forgotten salad dressings. All little things that have finally added up to me being a Karen in a google review. Thanks guys."

"I had a fantastic experience with this pizza place. My wife called in the order for my son's friends who were coming over, and Kenneth and his crew did a great job. They were friendly and hardworking. As a father of three, it's always nice to see young people with a great work ethic while still having fun. I'll be supporting them even more in the future."

"Update: I ordered online and had it delivered. I can say the process was easy, food was fresh and Delivery was fast. ----------- I see there were alot of recent bad experiences. However, I ordered ahead and it was a little more then expexted but overall the food came out decent. When I picked up my Pizza, Cheesebread, Hot Wings the food was steaming hot. When I got to the home the Pizza was fresh and delicious. Overall worth it. If I was to compare it to the Pizza Hut in town its a better alternative. Great Job Dominos Team!"
