"Service was quick and prompt. I was greeted and helped instantly when I walked in. I ordered a matcha latte and it was in my hands within 2 minutes. Just for my asian people the matcha latte's here in dallas are not as sweet as most asian places make it, which I like because I do not like my drinks sweet. The ambiance is amazing but the clientele they have here makes the average joe feel out of place. From other reviews it seems like this place is elitist and caters to the rich only but I did not feel that way, and I was dressed in sweats and a sweatshirt."

"Very nice place, chill atmosphere, delicious food, coffee and drinks, reasonably priced, excellent service! Even though it’s located in a luxury building, it feels like it’s accessible to anyone! Will definitely be back when visiting Dallas!"

"Five star food and atmosphere. 4 star service. Staff seems over worked or maybe it was a bad day. Being in the industry I completely understand an off day. But at least smile. I would gladly support since the product is good. If I had a choice and there are many like Starbucks around the corner for coffee or even One Stop across the street for their drip coffee with a quirky staff. As a service industry you can always do better. Granted I waited 7 mins for my to go coffee. That was not as bad as no thank you or proper greeting. After review number 265 … this is my first 4 star for service."

"The food was absolutely delightful. The service was ify. I noticed a difference in how they treated or should I say served other parties if you know what I mean. We told them we were eating on the patio. The placed all of our items in a to go bag. We driven from mesquite to experience their establishment. It's a great spot but maybe not so diversity friendly."

"Loved this location so much. Jacob was our waiter and he was very attentive and nice. I had plenty of questions since I’m a vegan, he helped me pick somethings outside of my norm here that were still within my restrictions."
