"They filled my wife’s cup to the brim and she burnt her hands when she tried to take off the lid. Is this normal?"
"This is the only location that I have ever gotten a half full cup of coffee. I have always gotten what I pay for, but this location really needs someone to review how the employee is filling the coffee orders. I saw the clear containers of the cold coffee orders were nice and full but the hot container that I got was half full. When I picked it up, I thought it was empty. But it was half full."
"I went in there to buy souvenir cups but I wasn't able to get my card out quickly so I moved off to the side away from the line to grab it and put the cups in my lap as I squatted and was digging in my bag for my card one fell and clicked as soon as it did the cashiers behind the register started making ooh-ing noises and started muttering and complaining accusing me of stealing under their breath which is ridiculous since I literally had my credit card in my hand one of the cashier even grabbed the cup out of my hand placed back on the shelf which I had to grab it from AGAIN and then pay for while they were making under their breath comments and glaring all in all a frustrating and stressful experience"
"Whenever I am at DFW airport at this terminal I come to this Starbucks. They are fast and friendly. Which is what I need as I usually fly based on price and not just destination, most of my flights are quite early. Most places in an airport dont guve much attention to detail, but they always welcome me with a smile and get my name right. I love coming here before every flight!"
